Pressure Systems Now Offers Super High Precision Static Accuracy For Industrial Pressure Transducers

Hampton, VA, January 2002-- Pressure Systems, Inc., manufacturer of submersible and above ground transducers, now offers its Series 35 KPSI(TM) transducers with a super high precision static accuracy of +/-0.05% FSO. The new transducers are ideal
for demanding industrial applications that require high static accuracy in addition to reliability and repeatability. These applications include tank level, engine testing, level and pump control, as well as shipboard use.

Housed in a small, rugged package, the Series 35 transducers are available in titanium or stainless steel and feature fluorocarbon wetted surfaces. The new transducers offer a broad selection of user-specified pressure ranges from 0-2 psig to 0-300 psig and feature Pressure Systems' exclusive isolated diaphragm sensors specifically designed for use with hostile fluids and gases.

The Series 35 provides standard voltage and current loop outputs; is 100% computer tested, calibrated and serialized; and can be equipped with optional surge/lightning protection. Each transducer ships with a traceable calibration card that specifies
input/output conditions as well as the unit's static accuracy and thermal characteristics. Custom calibration is available when additional performance data are required.

The transducers are designed for installation in Class I, Division I, Groups A, B, C, and D; Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F, and G; and Class III, Division 1, hazardous locations when connected to appropriate electrical barriers. They are also American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), UL, FM, and CSA approved.

Pricing for the KPSI Series 35 is $595.00 each. Delivery is 5 working days ARO, with 2-day expedited delivery available.
