Danfoss, a leading supplier of industrial controls, is offering a new series of industrial pressure transducers for hydraulic systems, boilers, pumps, marine engines and systems, and a variety of other industrial applications including gas transmission, filter monitoring, vacuum systems, water treatment, cooling systems, and
compressors. The new transducers, in the MBS 2100 series, are available with a wide range of electrical connectors, including DIN 43650, shielded cable, bayonet, Packard, and others appropriate to various applications.
Packard connectors provide backward compatibility with existing wiring harnesses. A lock-in tab is used to ensure positive, fast, and easy connection.
MBS 2100 transducers are available to cover pressures that range from -14.5 to 8700 psi. Output signals depend upon application, and include 4-20 mA, 0-5V, 1-6V, 0-10V, etc. A wide range of pressure connections includes DIN and ISO threads, NPT, and flare. These transducers have a NEMA 6 (IP 67) enclosure.
