Ashcroft® KM10 OEM Transducer Combines Superior Technology with Affordability

The latest in transducer technology is found in the Ashcroft KM10 transducer; a compact unit that is rugged, accurate and suitable for a wide spectrum of OEM applications.

This new product from Dresser Instrument has been designed to address some of the most severe OEM applications involving the rigors of shock, vibration and operating temperature extremes. The Ashcroft KM10 is ideally suited for pressure monitoring applications on construction machinery, off-road equipment, compressors, pumps and other industrial equipment where stable and accurate output signals are required at an economical price.

The Ashcroft KM10 features a proven polysilicon thin-film sensor welded to a stainless steel process connection. Other construction elements enable the Ashcroft KM10 to achieve an ingress rating of IP67 for protection against the effects of weather, wash downs, and temporary immersion in water. Calibration, by digital signal conditioning, results in an extremely linear and repeatable pressure instrument. With pressure ranges available through 7500 psi, the Ashcroft KM10 offers equipment manufacturers a broad spectrum of choice in their selection of a durable, yet affordable pressure transducer. The unit's operating temperature range is -40°/120° C.

The KM10 carries CE designation and is stable in the presence of RFI and EMI. Output signals of 1-5 Vdc and 0.5 - 4.5 Vdc (Ratiometric) are available. There is also a choice of three electrical terminations including a detachable connector. Process connections include popular NPT, SAE and metric sizes.
