Pressure Sensors offer true gage design.

Press Release Summary:

Models TJE and STJE include second sensing diaphragm, mechanically linked to pressure sensing diaphragm, sealing electronic circuitry in hermetic chamber. Standard output is mV/V, with optional outputs of +/- 5 Vdc, +/- 10 Vdc, or 4-20 mA. Sensors are available in ranges from 0-1 psig to 0-60,000 psig. Model STJE delivers accuracy of 0.05% FS, with temperature errors of less than ±0.0015% FS/deg F over 100 deg F compensated temperature band.

Original Press Release:

Environmentally Sealed Pressure Sensor

The Sensotec Models TJE and STJE offer a unique "true gage" design which allows these pressure sensors to be used in most any environment. The addition of a second sensing diaphragm, mechanically linked to the pressure sensing diaphragm, seals
the electronic circuitry in a hermetic chamber and ensures long term stability and maintenance-free operation. This unique design allows the Model STJE pressure sensor to deliver an accuracy of 0.05% F.S., with temperature errors of less than
±0.0015% F.S./deg F over a 100 deg F compensated temperature band.

Standard output is mV/V, with optional outputs of ±5 Vdc, ±10 Vdc, or 4-20 mA. The high level amplifier options also include a standard internal shunt calibration circuit to allow easy span and scaling set-up with associated electronics. The shunt
calibration circuit provides a calibrated step change in the output signal without applying a known pressure input to the sensor. These "true gage" units are available in ranges from 0-1 psig to 0-60,000 psig. The all-welded stainless steel construction makes these sensors rugged enough for most any application. Model TJE prices start at $480 each with ranges of 0-15 psig through 0-10,000 psig with millivolt or 5 Vdc output options available from Sensotec's Stocking Program.
