Pressure Sensor produces digital and analog outputs.

Press Release Summary:

Model DS provides RS485 or RS232 output and 0-5 Vdc analog output. Digital output eliminates need for interface card with connection to PC or data acquisition system. Frequency response of analog output and 380 readings/sec of digital output meet test and measurement requirements. All-welded, stainless steel sensor has combined accuracy of ±0.1% FS including temperature errors over compensated temperature range. Pressure ranges are 0-5 psi to 0-10,000 psi.

New Dual Output Pressure Sensor

Honeywell Sensotec announces a new pressure sensor with both digital and analog outputs.

The Model DS provides an RS485 or RS232 output and 0-5 Vdc analog output. The 1200 Hz frequency response of the analog output and 380 readings per second of the digital output is within the general requirements for the test & measurement market. The digital output eliminates the need for a computer interface A-D card with a direct connection to your PC or data acquisition system.

The all-welded stainless steel construction affords the ruggedness for the factory floor or test cell installation. The DS has a combined accuracy of +/-0.1% FS, including temperature errors over the compensated temperature range. Pressure ranges for the Model DS are available from 0-5 psi up to 0-10,000 psi with metric units also available.
