Racine Wl- Bosch Rexroth Corporation announces the newly released
Hydraulic Press Systems Program, NG 6, 10, 16 and 25 (D03, D05, D07, and D08). These complete press manifold system blocks are designed in a modular format. Numerous versions are available in four basic sizes, determined by the size of the main directional/proportional valve size.
Bosch Rexroth press systems are all equipped with safety valves plus monitoring, pressure control and directional valves depending on the desired press functions. Standard solenoid operated directional on/off valves or proportional valves are employed. Cartridge valves to DIN 24342 are utilized for counterbalance pump load/unloading and safety monitoring functions.
All Bosch Rexroth press systems contained in the 228-page catalog
provide for redundant, self checking and monitoring. Every press system has received a certificate of compliance with the liability insurance association (BG), committee of experts "Iron and Metal III" of the central office for industrial accident prevention. The certificate confirms that the press systems comply with all relevant safety regulations in Europe. For
US installations, these systems comply and exceed suggested guidelines in ANSI B 11.2-1995 Hvdraulic Power Presses- Safety Requirements for Construction, Care and Use.
The press systems blocks are used to control forming machines (non-cutting) with the following materials:
* Sintered metal
Basic functions performed by the manifolds:
* Closing of the press employing free fall (with pre-fill) or by
means of pump flow.
* Adjustable counterbalance on press cylinder annulus for press
or rapid speed cylinder versions
* Directional control with either directional on/off or
* Cylinder speed controlled by proportional, pump delivery, or
manual throttle valve (free-fall only)
* Pump pressure limitation with proportional, manual adjustable
relief valves available with and without electric unloading
* Intensification protection
Available options not shown in catalog:
* Multiple pump loading (high-low systems)
* Regenerative circuits (can be loaded or unloaded as required)
* Servo valves for closed loop applications.
