The Clausing/Metal Muncher Viking Series Hydraulic Press Brake is designed for both specialized sheet metal work and continuous production applications. The press brakes feature a two-axis Allen-Bradley Panelview 550 NC-control system for manual, automatic or sequential programmable operation with more than 100 programs and digital read-out. The hydraulic system has two cylinders, twin pumps and a modular valve system, hydraulic fluid tank, level gauge, fluid filter and a star-delta switch.
All Clausing/Metal Muncher Viking Series Press Brakes are equipped with high quality hardened top tooling, hardened multi V-shaped die block, a sheet support, motorized 39.37" back gauge with two NC-controlled limit stops, and a rear interlock guard. Press brakes are available in capacities from 75 tons to 250 tons, with folding lengths from 78" to 157", throat depths to 15.94", maximum insert heights to 18.5" and opening heights to 18.4". Available optional equipment includes two-hand safety release with foot pedal, hydraulic crowing of lower bed, light guarding and special press brake tooling.
