Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas Implements TME to Optimize Facilities Maintenance Management
Chatsworth, CA - MASS Group, Inc., a provider in web-based maintenance management software (CMMS) today announced a new partnership with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas to deliver greater accuracy and transparency in work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and inventory and asset tracking.

TME (Traceability Made Easy) will support the Hotel's 24/7, year-round operation to provide up-to-the-minute visibility into repairs, work orders, response times, and spare parts inventory. TME will help its 75 maintenance engineer's implement a regular preventive maintenance schedule to keep the Hotel running optimally. Managers will be able to track everything from squeaky doors to HVAC systems and be able to dispatch engineers in real-time via email or text. The system is used to inquire about the current status or history of equipment and in a proactive mode, inform maintenance technicians of issues which need attention. The TME software solution will enable Hard Rock Hotel and Casino to manage work orders, improving response times and communication with outside service contractors.
TME provides easy access to real-time maintenance reporting functions, activities and administration through a standard web-browser. Any networked (Internet or Intranet) computer can access the system. The system can be installed on-site or it can be accessed and managed online through MASS Group's secure data center.
