Innovative Powered Picking Carts by Newcastle Systems

Newcastle Systems' PC500 Powered Picking Cart has been designed to hold a variety of equipment
including a computer, printer, and scanner along with merchandise. With seamless power, it is possible
to record inventory real time and print labels on demand. The PC 500 is ideal in warehouses,
distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities to name a few.

Performing inventory management and label printing right as the product is handled results in significant
productivity benefits. In receiving departments, inbound product can be received in, inspected, labeled
and rerouted all on the same picking cart. This eliminates the product being handled multiple times and
unnecessary foot steps.

The PC500 is extremely mobile. It can be moved and positioned with minimal effort ensuring operator
usage throughout the facility with its high performance 6" rubber casters and narrow profile. This
powered cart holds up to three shelves that are ergonomically adjustable and can be set at different
heights to suit the operator and the task being performed.

Its standard power package includes a 44 amp hour battery, a 500 watt inverter and a full 20 amp
charger. A battery volt meter is mounted to the top of the vertical mast to quickly show the operator what
level of charge is in the battery. In addition, a number of optional accessories are also available and can
be integrated in seconds for a highly versatile mobile cart.
