Power Supply Modules with Extended Performance Range and Redundancy Functions Enhance System Availability

Ha-VIS pCon 2000 family rounds off our active network components

Ha-VIS pCon 2000 family
The power supply modules of the HARTING Ha-VIS pCon 2000 family are especially designed for applications in control and switch cabinets. Pluggable connections ensure reliable and rapid assembly without the need for tools. In addition to the existing pCon 2060-24 and pCon 2060-48 power supply modules, the range has now been extended by the pCon 2035-24 for 24 V with an output of 35 watt and the 120 watt pCon 2120-24 (24 V) and pCon 2120-48 (48 V) power supply modules.

These new units also impress with the advantages of the HARTING Ha-VIS pCon 2000 range: high degrees of efficiency, extended range input, overload capability (150 % for max. 2.5 and 3 seconds), as well as a high performance range with low losses. With these strengths, the HARTING Ha-VIS pCon 2000 family rounds off our active network components in an ideal manner.

Today, safe and reliable power supply is a matter of course. In order to ensure redundancy in the power supply of components in control and switch cabinets, the new pCon 2010-DRM redundancy module was developed. Two power supply modules with a voltage range of 12 V to 48 V are wired to the input. The consumers wired to the output side can rely on redundant power supply, which means that the operation of the components connected is ensured in the event of power failures. This results in higher system availability. Thanks to the power supply module's special electronics losses are very low. The maximum voltage drop stands at 300 mV. Both the pCon 2010-DRM redundancy module and the power supply modules impress with their compact design and rapid assembly.
