Coe Press Equipment Introduces New 250 Series Power Straightener for Metal Stamping Applications
(Sterling Heights, MI) - Coe Press Equipment Corporation's new 250 Series power straightener is designed to provide speed, torque and the straightening capacity needed for light gauge coil metal-stamping applications.
These power straighteners are typically matched with Coe's ServoMaster Series 1 and 2 servo roll feeds and 2,500 lb. to 20,000 lb capacity coil reels. Many standard features are
offered such as oversize Crodon coated pinch rolls, seven independent straightening rolls, a cluster-gear driven drivetrain, AC-variable speed-drive technology and many others.
Extensive optional equipment is available such as dual-axis peeler table for material threading and hand-crank entrance-edge guides for straightening applications.
Coe's 250 Series Straightener is designed using stocked components and subassemblies for faster delivery. New manufacturing techniques have also allowed Coe to price them very competitively.
