Bosch Rexroth Offers New Power Packs for Hydraulic Drive Applications

The Industrial Hydraulics business unit of Bosch Rexroth Corporation offers standard Power Packs and modules for hydraulic drive applications. Based on modular design concepts for consistency, low cost and quick delivery, Rexroth Power Packs range from 2-1/2 to 100 gallon units, providing power from 0.5 to 50 hp and from 0.4 to 31 gpm (fixed or variable displacement), with operating pressures up to 3,000 psi.
Standard, fixed displacement Power Packs feature an output range from 2-1/2 through 20 gallon units, providing from 0.4 to 10 gpm fixed flow up to 3,000 psi. These 0.5 through 20 hp motors are standard TEFC, 1,750 rpm, three-phase units, with some models available as single phase.
Standard, variable displacement Power Packs are available in 20 to 100 gallon units with 4.2 to 31 gpm variable displacement up to 3,000 psi, and are also available in 2 thru 50 hp. Rexroth's variable line incorporates the close-coupled motor-pump group, eliminating customary bellhousing and providing a more compact design. The close-coupled motor-pump group is also available separately for incorporating directly into machines or systems.

Standard modules can be combined into a custom system or provided separately for incorporation into a drive or specific application. Rexroth can also provide custom designs to meet space restrictions or technical needs.
