CISSOID Introduces EARTH, a New Family of High Temperature 80V Power MOSFET Transistors
Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium. CISSOID, a leader in high temperature semiconductor solutions, introduced a new product in their Planet family of high temperature transistors and switches. Earth is a high temperature 80V N-channel power MOSFET Transistor guaranteed for operation from -55°C up to +225°C. It further enhances the family that comprises already Venus (PMOS), Saturn (40V NMOS) and Mercury (small signal transistor).The new device is available in two versions, rated respectively for 5A and 10A maximum drain current.
Both versions of Earth MOSFETs, referenced CHT-NMOS8005 and CHT-NMOS8010, exhibit outstanding high temperature performances. At 225°C, CHT-NMOS8005's gate leakage current remains below 500nA, while its drain off current is as low as 20µA and its turn-on delay time is 30ns. On-resistance and input capacitance of the family range respectively from 0.25W to 0.5W and from 410pF to 850pF.
