Programmable Sequencing PDU Now Available With Patented Series Mode Technology


FRENCHTOWN, NJ - December 20, 2001 - Zero Surge Inc., the leader in series mode surge suppression, introduced a new programmable sequencing power distribution unit. Its design resulted from an outcry for a product that would perform and protect againist power line surges with an array of features not normally found in typical power distribution units.

Available as a 19" rack mount or a 17" modular, this new product has a total of 10 outlets, 4 sequentially switched, 4 normally switched, and 2 always on (located on the front panel). Other
features include switch selectable delay, a power failure reset latch, remote control capabilities, and daisy chaining. The units feature a low voltage shut-down function which will automatically shut down in opposite sequence of start-up if the voltage drops below 95 Volts. When the voltage returns to normal levels, you can choose between automatic or manual sequenced restart. 15 and 20 amp models available.
