Berlin, CT - New Royal LS-HS Series 24" through 36" 3 Jaw Wedge Type Power Chucks minimal jaw force loss permits the turning of large diameter work parts with small diametrical features...and the turning of large frail work parts requiring light clamping force to prevent distortion.
Designed and built in the USA by Royal Machine and Tool Corporation, the new LS-HS Series High Speed Power Chucks are manufactured from high-alloy steel with all wearing surfaces hardened and ground...and are offered with all standard master jaw configurations. There is 1/2" jaw movement per jaw and 1.00" on diameter.
In addition, superior chip and coolant protection reduces lubrication frequency, increases chucking force and extends service life.
