Kitagawa's High Precision PUB200 Now Features a Thru-Hole In a Pull Back Chuck
Schaumburg, IL (August 5, 2002) - Kitagawa's new PUB Series three-jaw pull back style power chucks with thru-hole provide the accuracy necessary for finishing applications and the ability to swallow parts. The PUB Series' radial and pull-back features allow for extreme high gripping forces, component length control and high repeatability of 0.0004".
The PUB Series is ideal for automotive finishing applications. An enlarged through hole makes the PUB suitable for shaft work pieces, including gear shafts and axle shafts. Through hole diameters for the PUB206, PUB208 and PUB210 are 39mm, 50mm and 72mm respectively. Seating confirmation and air and/or coolant blast are optional.
PUB Series Chucks are manufactured from high grade alloy steel. All sliding surfaces are hardened and ground for consistent accuracy and performance. A lubrication nipple is included in the sealed chuck body to ensure long life and extended lubrication frequency.
