New Microwave PA Replaces 2 Narrowband PAs



TriQuint simplifies 3G/4G wireless network RF design with microwave backhaul radio amplifiers including its new TGA4531. The amplifier does the work of two narrowband devices, covering the critical 17-24 GHz frequency range with a single device. Highly linear, the TGA4531 enables manufacturers to meet complex modulation requirements while reducing the overall BOM; the product is also well suited for K-band sat-com applications.
