LX20111, The Low Viscosity, Light Weight Potting Compound


LX20111 is one of Tra-Con's newest adhesives. This low density, two-part epoxy is perfect for applications requiring a light weight material. LX20111 develops strong bonds to a wide variety of substrates. It can develop lap shears of 2,900 psi (alum to alum). This epoxy can be cured at room temperature. Also, LX20111 can reach a glass transition temperature of 64°C. In addition, cured LX20111 has good resistance to many organic and inorganic compounds and is thermally and electrically insulating.
