Viking Pump® offers a series of positive displacement pumps specially designed to handle adhesives. The Viking line includes low shear/high capacity transfer and metering pumps for manufacturing adhesives, jacketed pumps for hot melts, sealless pumps that prevent air infiltration, and dispensing pumps that provide precise metering capability, including double pumps that can dispense two-part adhesives in fixed ratios. Able to handle a wide range of viscosities, the pumps' capacities range from milliliters per minute to 1500 gpm.

Viking offers internal gear, external gear, and rotary lobe pumps with a variety of materials of construction, including stainless steel, to address the corrosive nature of many adhesives. Jacketed pumps are available to maintain pump temperature, which ensures consistent viscosity of the adhesive. Shaft-sealing options accommodate a wide array of liquid properties and include packing, mechanical seals, sealless mag drive technology, and specialty seals for hot melts. The adhesive pumps are easy to clean and are durable for long duty cycles.
