Zistos Introduces New "Sling" Configuration with Detached Display
Zistos is now offering their popular WalkAbout II(TM) portable video system with a detached LCD display from the control box, that are both affixed to an easily applied shoulder sling. The two primary advantages of this new configuration are: the bandolier style sling can be easily slipped over existing rescue wear and just as easily removed via a quick-release latch; and, the detached monitor folds very closely to the chest for an ultra low profile when entering and moving in confined spaces, yet it unfolds for optimal viewing angle when searching for trapped victims.
The standard WalkAbout II(TM) remains available for those without space constrained applications who may prefer to have the LCD display and control box as one integrated unit. Both WalkAbout II configurations - either with of without the detached display - are compatible with all other Zistos components through their VisionFlex(TM) technology.
