Pulse-Bac® PB-2150 Vacuum

TULSA, (Okla.) - December 10, 2008: The new Pulse-Bac® PB-2150 vacuum from CDCLarue Industries is the first portable vacuum to use an electronic sensor that detects when the collection tank is full and ready to be emptied. The sensor, located inside the upper collection chamber is designed to alert the user by way of a flashing L.E.D. on the control panel and an audible alarm. The high decibel alarm signals that the collection chamber is full and needs to be emptied. The sensor prevents the vacuum chamber from overfilling, ensuring that the dust and debris collected remains under 40 lbs when emptied and discarded. In addition, the sensor helps to prevent catastrophic damage to both the motors and filters by shutting off the vacuum when the user fails to empty the tank. No other vacuum has this capability.

The PB-2150 is the first and only portable vacuum that allows the user to collect and discard dust and debris simultaneously without ever turning off the vacuum or stopping production. The PB-2150 allows the user to empty dust and debris into a 6 millimeter plastic bag while the vacuum continually operates, without the bag collapsing in on itself or being sucked up into the collection chamber. After emptying the debris into the bag, the user seals the upper vacuum chamber, removes the bag and replaces it with a new one, without ever needing to turn off the vacuum or stop production. No other vacuum can do this.

The PB-2150 comes with the award winning Pulse-Bac® Technology; this exclusive filtration technology stops the filters from becoming caked with dust or debris and prevents them from clogging during operation by internally flushing them clear, using only ambient air and vacuum. No compressors, blowers, shakers or buttons to push. Only Pulse-Bac Technology has been tested and proven to be capable of maintaining the same static lift and CFM from start to finish. Once again, no other vacuum can do this.

The PB-2150 comes equipped with our exclusive conical shaped twist on filters, produced from a non-woven Spun Bond Polyester material and coated with a Teflon Polytetrafluoroethylene coating for increased durability and strength. These filters are capable of capturing dust particles as small as .1 micron in size, far better than the standard .3 and .5 micron offered by most other vacuum manufactures. Pulse-Bac® vacuums are the first vacuums to offer PTFE coated SBP Filters.

Producing 450 CFM with 70" of lift and standing only 63 inches tall, 28 inches wide and weighing only 200 lbs, the PB-2150 is a maneuverable and lightweight machine that can easily fit through any standard door or elevator, and in comparisons with vacuums within it's class, the PB-2150 on average is 100 lbs lighter and cost 20 to 30% less than competitors vacuums with out our advanced technology and design.
