Portable Steam Cleaner Systems Generate Power and Sanitize
WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, globally recognized for vacuum cleaning technology, has introduced three new KleenJet® portable steam cleaner systems to its Ultra 10250 line. The three new machines provide 25,000-watts steam producing power, as well as Daimer®'s ATIS® sterilizing/antimicrobial technology and integrated vacuum systems. The machines differ in power configuration.
"Our new Ultra 10250 machines are the first KleenJet®s to offer 25,000-watt cleaning power in a sterilizing vacuum system," noted Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com's portable steam cleaner spokesman. "The new machines support 60 Hz, 3 phase power for an array of applications and environments."
25,000-Watts of Germ Killing Power
The 10250 Ultras include a range of portable steam cleaner configurations: The 440 volt 10256-443 CVP, the 480 volt 10256-483 and the 600 volt 10256-603CVP.
These vacuum-based portable steam cleaner machines come with an integrated industrial strength extraction subsystem that supports dry and wet cleaning, an oversized 35-liter waste chamber, standard water filtration and 3200 mm of column lift. The machines are sold with a 39-foot institutional vacuum hose, but additional hoses in other lengths can be purchased separately.
The portable steam cleaner systems feature stainless steel construction and IPX5-rated water seals that protect interior electrical components. The machines support non-stop, extended cleaning with either an included direct water feed hookup or an institutional sized 20 liter refill tank.
Boilers are guaranteed for life and house the ATIS® germ-eradicating technology. ATIS® has been proved effective on a broad spectrum of disease causing microorganisms, ranging from mold to bacteria, such as salmonella that can cause food-borne illness.
The 25,000 watt portable steam cleaner equipment can generate nearly 15 times as much steam density as a 1,600-watt system. The units have been rated at pressure levels approaching 150 psi.
