CAS DataLoggers Has the Standalone Solution with Grant Squirrel Loggers
CHESTERLAND OH — Data loggers give businesses a hassle-free way to monitor and alarm their product temperatures and humidity, perform machine/equipment monitoring, and conduct environmental data collection. Now CAS DataLoggers and Grant offer users the high-performance Squirrel Universal Portable Data Loggers as a versatile out-of-the-box solution. These standalone data loggers are available in 3 configurations with universal analog inputs that can measure nearly any value including temperature and humidity. Together with FREE software, Squirrel loggers enable real-time recording and data analysis. A high-speed model and a WiFi wireless logger version (each with 100Hz sampling speed) are also available for your individual applications.
The standard logger’s 8 differential (16 single-ended) universal analog inputs connect to many sensor types including humidity sensors, RTDs, thermistors, thermocouples (types B, C, D), Pt100/Pt1000 sensors, voltage/current and resistance. The data logger also features 2 high voltage, 4 pulse rate/counter inputs and 8 digital event/state inputs taking measurements at a high 0.05% precision. 4 alarm/relay outputs connect to alarm lights or sirens to notify users whenever a value suddenly goes out of specification, such as food or equipment temperature.
For convenient data collection, Squirrel dataloggers feature USB and RS232 connectivity, and onboard RS232 communications features can also be connected to a PSTN or GSM modem. Our Squirrel WiFi Data Loggers add integral Wi-Fi wireless Ethernet networking for remote monitoring capability. The dataloggers are powered from internal cells or an external power supply connection.
Additionally, these temperature and humidity data loggers include an easy-to-read 128*97 dot LCD screen, fully configurable via the integrated 4-button keypad. For extended logging, Squirrel data loggers can store up to 14 million points of internal data storage on their non-volatile internal memory and also utilize a removable MMC/SD card for convenient download. Additionally, each data logger within the Squirrel range is protected by a 3-year warranty.
Grant Squirrel dataloggers also include FREE SquirrelView setup and download PC software. This userfriendly interface is similar to spreadsheets and allow users to quickly setup the data logger, download all its data and directly export the data to a PC application such as Microsoft Excel™. SquirrelView Plus offers graphical data analysis, advanced reporting options and more. Taking advantage of Squirrelview’s streamlined interface, you can easily reconfigure your Squirrel logger to do a wide range of jobs in a variety of different environments, and you can also choose to configure the data loggers via integral interface or your PC.
