Portable Mixer Features All-Stainless Construction
A portable mixer that is constructed from all stainless steel and is ideal for blending juices and adding ingredients to sauces, yogurts, and a wide range of other food products has been introduced by Sharpe Mixers of Seattle, WA.
The Sharpe Portable Mixer features all stainless steel construction for easy clean-ability and is USDA Approved for meat and poultry products. Available from stock in fractional through 2 HP motor sizes in electric and air-operated models, this portable mixer can be supplied with a variety of options and is easily tailored to a customer's process requirements.
Suitable for mixing liquids in the 50 to 5,000 gallons range, the Sharpe Portable Mixer creates high flow with low shear and can be equipped with 3/4", 1", and 1-1/4" shafts in lengths up to 8 ft. Featuring a hydrofoil impeller from 4" to 16" dia., options include variable speed drives and plate or flange mounts. All parts are common and non-proprietary.
