Portable Fuel Systems accept 2 or 3 compressors.

Press Release Summary:

Consisting of self-contained systems supplied on open skids, PFS Elite 150 produces 66 diesel gallon equivalent (DGE) of fuel per hour, while Elite 225 provides 100 DGE. Systems are suited for operations that need to be operational quickly and do not have available room needed for traditional time-fill station. Two-compressor PFS Elite 150 and 3-compressor PFS Elite 225 provide redundancy, ensuring that fueling is always available even if one compressor is down for servicing.

TruStar Energy Extends PFS Offering with PFS Elite Series

FONTANA, Calif., -- TruStar Energy is excited to announce they have expanded their Portable Fuel System [PFS product offering to include the new PFS Elite 150 and  Elite 225.

The PFS is a self-contained compressor-redundant system that arrives on a small skid, but packs a productive punch - producing 66 diesel gallon equivalent (DGE) of fuel per hour via the PFS Elite 150 and now 100 DGE with the Elite 225 - making either unit perfectly suited for those operations that need to be operational quickly and don't have available room needed for a traditional time-fill station. In addition, the two-compressor PFS Elite 150 and three-compressor PFS Elite 225 provide redundancy - ensuring that fueling is always available - even if one compressor is down for servicing.

"When we designed the original PFS, we had a certain fleet profile in mind," said TruStar Energy Vice President, Scott Edelbach. "With the popularity of the PFS, we had more customers asking us for additional capacity as well as a few other modifications." With that as the genesis of the Elite series, TruStar engineers designed the Elite 150 and Elite 225 around a common frame that can either accept two or three compressors - depending on the customer's fuel requirement. The Elite series also comes on an open skid vs. the enclosed roll-off skid offered on the standard PFS.

"The new systems allow for enhanced cooling and provides ease of access to service components," said Edelbach. "With 100 DGE per hour, the PFS Elite 225 also makes sense for larger fleets." Edelbach also pointed out that the three-compressor model continues with the tradition of being energy efficient, requiring only a 300-amp service to operate.

The complete line of PFS systems are available for any fleet looking for flexible fueling options - and the Elite series is a great addition that provides for operational expandability.
