Introducing the new AQE PortaAir portable collector. Rated at 1000 CFM, this unit is ideal for intermittent duty collection applications where source capture is desired. With 382 square feet of media in two pleated cartridges, the unit has significantly better dust holding capacity than other cartridge portables. The 1 1/2 HP motor and backward inclinced fan generates higher suction at the intake hood, even with dirty filters. Noise levels are well below OSHA standards.
The PortaAir portable collector may be used in light manufacturing, maintenance or other applications where a static filter system is all that's required. The unit will collect airborne contaminates with it's integral 11 foot, 8 inch diameter, 360 degree rotation, externally supported arm, and deposit it on two pleated cartridge filters rated at 99.8% efficiency. The cleaned air is then gently diffused out the bottom of the unit.
Standard features include a 16 ga. welded galvanized steel body; two large 8" semi-pneumatic wheels in the rear, and two heavy duty swivel casters in the front for easy handling; a quick opening hinged filter access door, a durable powder coat finish; and, a 10 foot power cord and plug on 110 volt models. The integral differential pressure gauge indicates when the filters are dirty and due for replacement. Optional features include a halogen work light and a second collection arm for two stations.
