Extremely rugged and easy-to-maintain, DURACHILL Chillers are available with cooling capacities as high as 187,920 BTU/hour (15 tons) and are typically equipped with an optional remote temperature probe that enables the operator to control process liquid temperature using either ambient room temperature or the temperature of the metalworking equipment itself.

Standard DURACHILL Chiller features include air or water-cooled condensers, 1½ to 15 HP compressor, one-touch temperature control with LED readout, digital pressure/flow rate readout, flow meter, stainless steel pump, and remote on/off capability. These robust chillers also feature integral temperature, pressure, and flow rate alarms to alert the operator instantly to potentially harmful process conditions. DURACHILL models with 1½ to 3 HP compressors are suitable for process temperatures from 41° to 95°F (5° to 35°C). Larger models can handle process temperatures from 32° to 86°F (0° to 30°C) and are equipped with RS232 and dry alarm contact outputs.
