Portable Analyzer measures oxygen in air and water.

Press Release Summary:

Digital LCD Oxygen Analyzer uses galvanic sensor to measure percent oxygen in air and ppm of dissolved oxygen in aqueous solutions, with accuracy of +/-5.0% saturation and +/-0.2 ppm, and precision of 0.1%. It is temperature compensated for air calibration and follows Henry's Law for indication of ppm dissolved oxygen. Oxygen sensor is maintenance free, does not require membrane replacements, and has expected life of 18 months.

Digital LCD Portable Oxygen Analyzer

Kernco Instruments Co., Inc. is pleased to announce its new digital LCD portable Oxygen Analyzer which utilized a galvanic sensor designed to measure both percent oxygen in air and ppm of dissolved oxygen in aqueous solutions. This model is temperature compensated which maintains accuracy for air calibration and also follows Henry's Law for accurate indication of ppm dissolved oxygen. Model features fast and convenient single point calibration simply by placing the analyzer's sensor in air and adjusting the calibration control until the digital display reads 20.9% concentration. After unit has been calibrated, the sensor can be placed in another atmosphere to determine percent concentration or placed in an aqueous solution for dissolved oxygen determination. No zero or full scale adjustments are needed. The oxygen sensor is maintenance free and does not require membrane replacements. The sensor has an expected life of 18 months. Other features: they Oxygen Analyzer has a percent saturation of 0 to 20.0 ppm, accuracy of ±5.0% saturation and ±0.2ppm, and a precision of ±0.1% saturation or ppm. Model has an easy to read .5" LCD digital display, uses a single 9V battery, and contains a battery indicator that will automatically display when battery is low. Unit sells for $533.00 which includes the oxygen meter, sensor and carrying case. Unit measures 4" x 5.75" x 2.25"; the sensor is 1.25" in diameter and 1.62" long. Unit weighs approximately 1.5 lbs.
