Poppet valves offer an excellent solution for applications requiring high Cv, fast response times, large exhaust capacity and a valve that is dirt tolerant. Norgren - Herion has standard models include solenoid-actuated valves, with either internal or external pilot supply and air actuated versions. These valves are easy to service, have bubble tight shut-off, a light weight aluminum body and have high reliability backed by worldwide service. Port sizes for the 4-way poppet valves range from 3/8" to 1" NPT, ISO 228/1 (BSPP) and other threads available upon request. Media used with these valves, should be filtered air, either lubricated or non-lubricated.
