Epoxies, Etc... has developed a new series of flexible Polyurethane Potting Compounds. Three different durometers are available ranging from Shore A 25 - 90. These soft polyurethanes do not impart any stress on electronic components during cure or when thermal cycled in assemblies.

The 20-2300 Polyurethane Series is an excellent choice for continuous exposure in wet environments. It does not absorb any moisture and will therefore insulate electronic systems in damp or wet applications.

These products are an excellent alternative to silicone systems due to their flexibility, electrical insulating properties, and ability to adhere to substrates better than silicone.
