TRA-BOND 724-20 pre-mixed and frozen, polyurethane adhesive is designed for good adhesion, providing strong, resilient bonds to a wide variety of substrates including aluminum, solder, nylon, mylar and steel. Adhesive strength is maintained even in cryogenic conditions. In addition, this product has been modified to provide improved bond-line control for critical alignment applications. This polyurethane exhibits good dielectric properties, with several options for cure, including room temperature options. TA-BOND 724-20 also contains a flourescent trace for inspection purposes.
