Toray Plastics (America) Expands Lumilid® Brand Lidding Film Platform
North Kingstown, Rhode Island —Toray Plastics (America), Inc.’s, (www.torayfilms.com) recent installation of new coating technology has enabled the company to broaden its LumiLid® brand polyester lidding film platform and cater to customers’ needs for advanced specialty lidding films. Value-added clear, white, and metallized lidding film structures that incorporate specialty performance sealant layers and deliver specified performance and seal-strength characteristics are increasingly sought.
