Xuron Model 590 Micro-Pneumatic(TM) Cutters are ideal for manufacturing applications requiring repetitive cutting and have a tapered, rectangular shape that fits comfortably into different sized hands. Actuated by a side bar trigger, this ergonomic tool can be supplied with standard cutters, cutters with lead retainers, and low-profile blades for reaching into tight areas.
Easily adapted to right- or left-handed users, Xuron Model 590 Micro-Pneumatic(TM) Cutters weigh under 6 oz. for fatigue-free operation, produce no recoil, and less than 60 dbA of noise. Employing Micro-Shear® cutters with patented by-pass edges for a clean, flush cut, these tools have an internal bellows that is inflated by 50 psi air to close them and only use 0.13 cfm.
