A new and improved food grade, closed cell gasket offers a permanent seal which virtually eliminates the need to replace gaskets. MPI also provides a seam-welded magnetic stainless steel "raised" pole design that improves tramp metal retention between cleaning as compared to similar units. MPI is the sole provider of Pneumatic Line Magnets with a sanitary seam-welded construction, which is critical to food industry processors, and "raised" pole design.
MPI Pneumatic Line Magnets are easy to install in vertical or horizontal 4" piping. A quick-clean removable magnet element allows for rapid and easy removal of tramp metal "wash-off" from product flow typical of smooth surface models.
