A compact pneumatic dispensing system that combines the precise dispensing of fluids with a vacuum pickup pen for the assembly and repair of small parts is being introduced by Fishman Corp. of Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
The Fishman Model 8500(TM) Pneumatic Dispensing System features two independent vacuum and air modules, with separate foot pedals, for controlling a vacuum pickup pen and a hand-held syringe. Ideal for positioning small parts and precisely dispensing fluids, this bench top workstation frees both hands for manual operation, can provide timed dispensing from 0.1 seconds to over three minutes, and includes a syringe stand.
Featuring adjustment knobs on the front panel to control each function, the Fishman Model 8500(TM) Pneumatic Dispensing System provides up to 100 psi dispensing pressure, has a potentiometer controlled timer with four broad ranges, and vacuum pull-back to prevent dripping and stringing. Measuring only 11.125" x 7.0" x 2.875", the controller operates on 110/220 VAC, filtered compressed air up to 100 psi, and is CE-approved.
