BioCut Systems Introduces "Cancellous C5" Bone Cutting Press
Milwaukee, WI - BioCut Systems has developed a new clean room compatible bio-format press, the Cancellous C5. The five (5) ton pneumatic press is built specifically for cutting and cubing cancellous bone and will complement the SterilCut 15T and 40T dermis cutting presses. The Cancellous C5 die can cube bone 7mm thick, smaller and larger die sizes are being developed.
“The C5 was built specifically to reduce injury, improve yield and speed clean up” states Mark Jeske, President of BioCut Systems. Jeske continued, “The hazards of cutting small pieces on a band saw is eliminated and the cost savings in insurance premiums should cover the initial investment.”
