BlockMaster's new series DGPB, is a two piece plug and header terminal block
featuring a pin pitch of 3.5mm making the series particularly applicable in design situations where PC board space is a consideration. The economical pricing and ease of use lends itself to high volume production situations
The mounting header is designated DGPBH120V8 available in two to twenty-four positions. The mating plug designated DGBPP108 are modular in construction and are also offered in two to twenty-four positions.
Both styles are rated at 10A at 300V with the DGPBP108 plugs accepting a wire
range of from 16-28 AWG. Operating temperature range is -30 to +120º C.
Contact material is brass with housing material of polyamide 6.6 (UL94V-0) and meets full RoHS compliance. Both plug and header are available in either blue or black as standard colors.
Delivery is currently quoted at from 4 to 6 weeks ARO, with sample quantities available from stock. Pricing for the DGBPP108 plugs are priced at $.17 per position in lots of 500 positions. The DGDPH120V8 header is priced at $.06 ea at the same quantity level..
