SAN DIEGO, July 15, 2007: Z-Communications, Inc. is proud to announce the introduction of their new lead free, RoHS Compliant Phase Locked Loop (PVA2125C-LF) with ultra low phase noise performance of -94dBc/Hz @10kHz offset. PVA2125C-LF with the frequency range of 2025-2226 MHz is designed to meet the high requirements of satellite communications and other telecommunications applications. It has a supply voltage of 5Vdc while drawing 21mA (typ) over the extended temperature range of -40 to 85C. PVA2125C-LF has excellent tuning linearity over the band and spurious suppression of -15dBc.
PVA2125C-LF comes in Z-Communications' PLL package measuring 0.6 in. x 0.6 in. x 0.135 in. PSA0965A-LF is ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
