PLL: PSA1200A-LF Features Ultra Low Phase Noise



SAN DIEGO, July 18, 2008: Z-Communications, Inc. is proud to announce a new RoHS Compliant PLL (Phase Locked Loop) model PSA1200A-LF with ultra low phase noise performance of -103dBc/Hz @10kHz offset. The PSA1200A-LF is designed to perform at a frequency of 1200 MHz.

It has a supply voltage of 5Vdc delivering a typical power output of 0dBm while drawing 33mA (typ) over the temperature range of 0 to 60C. PSA1200A-LF has excellent tuning linearity and typical 2nd harmonics suppression of -15dBc. PSA1200A-LF comes in Z-Comm's PLL-24 package measuring 0.63 in. x 0.86 in. x 0.14 in. PSA1200A-LF is ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow. This is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
