New QUICKSMART(TM) System Controls Offer Impressive Functionality and Ease of Use
Lenexa, Kan. — Smith & Loveless announces the release of QUICKSMART™ System Controls, a PLC-based controller featuring unparalleled functionality and a user-friendly interface, available now for all S&L pumping systems. The controller provides unparalleled ability to monitor and adjust all pump station functions.
The new graphical interface is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use, aligned with S&L’s current design principles. The new layout makes modifications, screen navigation and viewing of pump station status easier than ever, with screen function buttons and a status bar accessible from each screen.
Powerful new features take station controller functionality to new levels, including a digital Maintenance Log, I/O Status, Spanish Language Mode and Help functions. The Maintenance Log displays periodic recommended operation / maintenance instructions and makes lubrication suggestions based on actual pump run times. The I/O Status function displays all digital and analog input / output statuses, factoring into improved overall Help functions of the control system.
Other key features include Alarm Management, Wet Well Level Simulation, Pump On / Off Levels, Prime Mode Selection, Environmental System Set Points and optional STATIONCOMM™ integration.
