The New range of Detectamet SK Series knives are to compliment the existing range of Detectamet Knives currently available from ECC/Detectamet
Knives that have inner open spaces often breed bacteria and open blades will cause contamination if they draw blood. The majority of knives have carbon steel blades, which rust and are removable, meaning that may drop into the product or packaging.
The New Detectamet SK Series Knives offers a choice of compact, food approved, metal detectable plastic knives with stainless steel blades, meaning the risk of contamination is extremely low at all times.
