CLEVELAND - September 20, 2005 - Bud Industries, Inc., the leading manufacturer of electronic enclosures, has announced the availability of a new style of Plasticase enclosure. Bud's new Plasticase - Style G is the latest in the Plasticase series of plastic enclosures. Style G enclosures feature a distinctive contemporary shape with rounded corners and edges. Plasticase enclosures have a four-piece construction, which makes each of the component parts easier to machine than other two-piece models.
The Plasticase -Style G is constructed of durable self-extinguishing ABS plastic material with a UL94-5VA flammability rating, the highest UL flammability rating available. The exterior features a mar-resistant textured surface with the base securely attached to the cover with four color-matched screws. Standard color for the Plasticase - Style G is black with other colors, top configurations, and modifications available upon request. The Plasticase - Style G is also equipped with internal PCB mounting bosses. External dimensions range from 5.00 x 3.80 x 1.50 in. (LxWxD) to 6.75 x 6.25 x 1.63 in.
