HARTLAND, Wis., (June 20, 2005) - The ability to transfer small food items and ingredients smoothly and efficiently on conveyors is critical to customers in food manufacturing industries.
Dorner's new 7400 Series sanitary conveyors with a 1.5-inch diameter nose bar transfer option are the perfect conveying solution. That's because the nose bar transfer option on these plastic-chain conveyors eliminates the gap or valley formed by conveyors with larger diameter pulleys, enabling customers to transfer small food items and ingredients from the conveyor without getting caught in the gap or valley.
The 7400 Series nose bar transfer option still allows customers to easily disassemble the conveyor for cleaning, and both ends of the conveyor can be configured with the nose bar transfer option.
The latest in the popular AquaPruf family of sanitary conveyors, the 7400 Series comes in either traditional straight length or curve design, which has a 2.5-inch diameter nose transfer.
