KVP Introduces New PWO500 Modular Plastic Wire Replacement Belt

Reading, PA KVP introduces their new PWO500 modular plastic wire replacement belt as the most advanced belt available for breading, cooling, enrobing, dewatering, depositing and general product transport.

The belt¹s revolutionary new features include an open hinge design that promotes outstanding abrasive release and cleanability in the hinge area. With a 53% open area, the PWO500 offers excellent product support as well as ample openings for both drainage and airflow. The inverted funnel surface openings allow breading or debris to fall through instead of accumulating on the belt. Because the PWO500 is a very small 1/2" pitch belt with a concave bottom surface, it can efficiently run over a 1/2" nose-bar for close end-off/end-on product transfers.

The belt¹s versatile modular construction greatly simplifies installation and maintenance, while the plastic material eliminates safety hazards and the potential of metal debris contamination of products. It is also USDA-compliant for direct food contact in meat and poultry processing applications.
