Original Press Release:

New OL200s Plasma Lifter with Magnetic Collision Sensor.

MG Systems and Welding introduces the OL200s plasma lifter. The smooth drive motion and the precise height control achieved with the OL200s control system produces high quality parts. The OL200s features contact-sense initial height sensing to properly set the pierce height. A small limit switch provides a secondary method of detecting the plate in the case of heavily primed plate or underwater cutting requirements. A magnetic collision sensor is also included to protect the torch from damage during normal cutting conditions. The OL200s plasma lifter is available on EdgeMate and EdgeMaster machine models. For thin sheet metal MG Systems offers a roller ball height control, where pressure is applied to keep the material flat.
