Aviator XLT, with FastCAM automatic nesting software, combines liquid-cooled plasma system with Burny 1250 CNC control to produce precision cutting of 12 ga steel at 250 ipm or 1/4 in. stainless at 100 ipm. Traverse speed is 500 ipm and vertical-lift speed of C&G AVC Plus plasma torch lifter 150 ipm. Welded, tubular-steel frame supports integrated 6 x 12 ft down-draft cutting table. The AVIATOR® XLT is the perfect cutting solution
The Aviator XLT is the perfect profile cutting solution for any job shop or manufacturer. A powerful Thermal Dynamics liquid cooled plasma system is teamed With the time proven Burny 1250 CNC control to produce precision cutting of 12ga. steel at 250 IPM (6.3 M/min) or 1/4" stainless at 100 IPM (2.54 M/min). Choose either the Pak Master 150XL for general mild steel cutting or the Merlin 1000 for premium performance on steel and non-ferrous alloys.
Aviator XLT delivers true high plasma cutting productivity. Extremely short repositioning time results from the 500 IPM (12.7m/min) traverse speed and the 150 IPM vertical lift speed of the C&G AVC Plus plasma torch lifter. When really heavy
duty cutting of steel is required, you may add one or two motorized oxy-fuel stations. A pneumatic air scribe may also be added to the master carriage for engraving marked lines or part numbers on the plate.
Cutting table included. A welded heavy-duty tubular steel frame supports the integrated 6'x12' down draft cutting table. A second modular cutting table may even be added. Aviator XLT ships with the frame and cutting table assembled. So, just a
few hours are required to set the beam and connect your exhaust system. You will be ready to start cutting profile shapes the first day of installation.
FastCAM CAD/CAM automatic nesting software is included with the Aviator XLT to insure you have everything you need to process CNC files for the Burny 1250 control.
