Unique New Kice Plasma Cutter Filter System


Kice Industries, Inc. has designed and created a completely
new type of plasma cutter filter system - one that provides source-capture efficiency at a fraction of the cost of typical plasma cutter filter systems. Smoke and dust are removed from the cutting area directly, leaving a cleaner work environment. Table cleanout is also easier with no toxic water to dispose of.

A new "zipper-duct" design allows the filter head to move with
the cutter head, pulling polluted air directly from the cutter. The new Kice PC Filter System requires up to 90% less cfm, a smaller filter and a power source as little as 5 h.p., significantly more efficient than a typical plasma cutter filter system. Its fan may be located inside or outside the plant, and its simple design uses no dampers and no moving parts for reduced maintenance and long life.

The complete air system is available with or without a plasma
cutting table, and is prefabricated for easy installation with
existing cutters.
