Pipe Mounting Collars Permit Expansion and Vibration



A full line of stackable pipe mounting collars that are now offered with nylon bushings to compensate for thermal expansion and vibration is being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Stafford stackable Pipe Mounting Collars are two-piece designs with flats on both outside surfaces which are drilled and tapped to attach to each other, and have a countersunk hole for mounting to any surface. Providing a secure and flexible pipe mounting arrangement, they are now offered with nylon bushings to compensate for expansion and absorb vibration.

Made of nylon and split to easily fit into the pipe mounting collars, the bushings are offered in six pipe sizes from ¼" to 1-¼" I.D., with one- or two flanges. Stafford stackable Pipe Mounting Collars are available in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel and can include a finished O.D. Optional PTFE bushings can be also supplied.
