Kee Industrial Introduces Two New Lite® Aluminum Pipe Fittings to Construct Bleachers, Staircases, Awnings, and Other Tubular Structures
(May 2003) - Kee Industrial Products, Inc., Buffalo, New York announces the introduction of two new Kee Lite® aluminum slip-on structural pipe fittings designed to allow flat panels to be connected to tubular pipe structures. According to the company, the new Kee Lite LM51 and LM52 fittings are used to construct bleacher seating, staircases, awning frames, and for bracing other tubular pipe structures.
The new Kee Lite fittings are available in sizes to fit 1-1/4-inch and 1-1/2-inch standard pipe. Kee Lite fitting LM51 is a male double swivel socket member that can be used on its own or as part of a combination fitting with Kee Lite model LC51. The Kee Lite LM52 fitting is a male corner swivel socket member that can be used on its own or as part of a combination fitting with Kee Lite model LC52. They require no welding, threading, or drilling to install, making them a cost-effective and labor-saving alternative to welding, Kee Industrial states.
