Pinch Valves handle aggressive, particulate-laden liquids.

Press Release Summary:

Pinch valves offer inertness similar to isolation valves with straighter, no-clog flow path. They are available in normally closed or normally open position or in 3-way configuration for fluid switching. Valves accommodate tubing from .010 to .875 in. ID. They aid in purging waste lines containing aggressive, particulate-laden solvents, corrosives, reagents, or other liquids.

Pinch Valve Creates an Open and Shut Case (Even Under Vacuum) for Reliability and Economy in Handling Aggressive, Particulate-Laden Liquids

Boonton, NJ: OEMs seeking to improve reliability and reduce costs in the purging of waste lines containing aggressive, particulate-laden solvents, corrosives, reagents, or other liquids can choose from a range of wide aperture, non-sticking pinch valves designed and manufactured by Bio-Chem.

The unusually durable, long-life, non-sticking silicone tubing has been developed in a proprietary process and may extend the normal preventive maintenance cycle to approach the life of the machine. Bio-Chem pinch valves feature inertness similar to an isolation valve with a straighter, no-clog flow path at less cost. Valves are available in normally closed or normally open position, or in a 3-way configuration for fluid switching.

Bio-Chem pinch valves accommodate tubing from .010" to .875" ID.
